Manuel Vadalà is the founder of DRIVE2CHANGE. He brings 25+ years of experience leading business functions, international programmes and transformation initiatives across complex organisations.

Throughout his career, Manuel has worked with global teams, taking direct responsibility for people, budgets and delivery. His expertise spans strategic transformation, Agile and Lean ways of working, project and portfolio management, change management, innovation and digital transformation.

A Mechanical Engineering graduate specialising in robotics and automation, Manuel combines technical expertise with a practical understanding of how organisations change. He holds certifications in project management, Agile, Lean, coaching, mentoring and innovation management.

Manuel’s approach starts with people. He helps leaders turn strategic goals into clear priorities and workable plans, while building the capabilities and commitment needed to make change last.

Marilena Crisetti is a DRIVE2CHANGE Associate. Experienced in Human Resource Management and Development after 33 years spent in different business areas.

Communication, empathy, Leadership and Team spirit are a must for her. Used to deal with multicultural contexts, thanks to which she is able to establish meaningful relationships aimed at guaranteeing a dynamic and productive work environment.

Versatile and capable of constantly optimizing business processes with the aim of enhancing organizational effectiveness. Proactive, pragmatic and results-oriented attitude. Naturally inclined to establish a climate of trust and active collaboration, respecting diversity and inclusion, and accountability towards corporate objectives. Proactive in problem-avoiding and solving.

Vincenzo Liccione is a DRIVE2CHANGE Associate. Experienced in Operations Management for 45 years with certified skills and extensive operational experience in production, supply chain, and engineering.

Career developed entirely in manufacturing, spanning from the automotive sector to defense and advanced industrial automation applied to intralogistics, leading large complex plants also in multinational contexts.

Qualified as a Lead Auditor ISO 9001 and a Master in Lean Six Sigma at the Black Belt level, with advanced skills in optimizing production efficiency and quality. Certified reputation with an analytical approach to problems and ability to communicate, persuade, and lead both in strategic decisions and operational phases.
