Manuel Vadalà is the founder of DRIVE2CHANGE, bringing more than 25 years of experience leading business functions, international programmes and transformation initiatives within complex organisations.
Throughout his career, Manuel has worked with global teams and held direct responsibility for people, budgets and delivery. His expertise includes strategic transformation, Agile and Lean ways of working, project and portfolio management, change management, innovation and digital transformation.
A Mechanical Engineering graduate specialising in robotics and automation, Manuel combines technical depth with a practical understanding of how organisations evolve. He holds certifications in project management, Agile, Lean, coaching, mentoring and innovation management.
Manuel’s approach begins with people. He helps leaders translate strategic ambitions into clear priorities and practical plans, while building the capability and commitment required to make change stick.

Vincenzo Liccione
Associate Consultant - Operations
Vincenzo Liccione brings 45 years of Operations Management experience, supported by certified expertise and extensive hands-on leadership in production, supply chain and engineering.
His career has been built entirely in manufacturing, ranging from the automotive and defense sectors to advanced industrial automation for intralogistics. He has led large, complex plants, including within multinational organizations.
He is qualified as an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, with advanced expertise in improving production efficiency and quality.
Known for his analytical approach, he combines strong communication, persuasion, and leadership skills to guide both strategic decision-making and operational execution.
