I'm just back from my trip to Finland, where I took part in the Amer Sports IT Operations & Infrastructure Management Meeting. Together we worked on the agile transformation roadmap that DRIVE2CHANGE is driving forward, sponsored by Tiago Pereira de Sousa.
Workshop objective: Align on Agile Transformation Journey progress and benefits, new framework and tools for the new ways of working, prioritization, capacity and dependency management, and share key lessons from practice teams.
It was also a great occasion for connection and team building, thanks to the warm hospitality of the AmerSports team at the Golf Club in Bökars and the flawless organization by Zuzanna Knapik.
