DRIVE2CHANGE took part in the AmerSports IT Operations & Infrastructure Management Meeting in September.
Together we worked on the transformation roadmap to implement a new lean & agile way of working for the IT division.
Workshop objective: Align on Agile Transformation Journey progress and benefits, new framework and tools for the new ways of working, prioritization, capacity and dependency management, and share key lessons from practice teams.
It was also a great occasion for connection and team building, thanks to the warm hospitality of the AmerSports team and the flawless organization.
